The Doly Control App does not collect or store any personal or sensitive user information. The App does not require user registration or account creation.

To function effectively, the App requires specific permissions based on the platform you are using:

• Bluetooth: Necessary for establishing and managing initial communication with your Doly.
• Location: Necessary for Bluetooth connectivity and retrieving time zone information. For weather forecast purposes, the App temporarily shares your location with a trusted third-party weather service provider. Location data is not stored or used for any other purpose.
• Network Access: Required for communication between the App and your Doly over a network.
• Wi-Fi Information (SSID): Needed to facilitate Wi-Fi connection setup between your Doly and the App.

Data Use and Security

The App is designed to operate primarily locally on your device. Apart from sharing your location data with a third-party weather service provider temporarily for weather forecasts, it does not transmit, share, or upload any other data to external servers or third parties. All other information stays secure within your device. Users are responsible for securing their own devices.

Third-party Services

The App integrates a trusted third-party weather service provider solely to deliver weather forecasts based on your current location. This third-party provider has its own privacy policies governing their use of your location data.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Should we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been inadvertently collected, we will promptly delete such data.
